Anecdote "This is an extremely funny play by Tom Stoppard. We couldn't get through the read-through because we were laughing so much. It was a great success. I look back at the pictures that I have and wonder where all that hair went! I also remember wearing a deep purple three-piece suit! Amazing."

Play Synopsis This one-act play, actually a play within a play, involves two theatre critics reviewing a play who get caught up in a murder-mystery with the on-stage actors. A dead body is found at Muldoon Manor in Essex, the radio announces a madman is on the loose, and soon Inspector Hound shows up at the scene of the crime. But is he the real Inspector Hound?
