 Psi Factor dramatizes stories inspired by the actual case files of the Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (OSIR), a privately funded research organization that has been in operation for over twenty years. The OSIR is comprised of over 3000 scientists and researchers who investigate all manner of paranormal and unusual phenomena that exists in our world, including incidents of telekinesis, telepathy, ghosts, poltergeists, alien abductions, reincarnation and time travel.
Mr. Bennett played OSIR. Director of Operations Frank Elsinger in Seasons 1-3.
