Written by Will Dixon

St. Paul, Minnesota, USA

After shooting Office of Scientific Investigation and Research (O.S.I.R.) Case Manager Dr. Curtis Rollins (Maurice Dean Wint), an unknown man hurls himself off a bridge and disappears into the depths of a river. Rollins is rushed to the hospital where he is pronounced clinically dead but doctors manage to revive him. Arriving at the hospital to check on Rollins, the O.S.I.R.'s Peter Axon (Barclay Hope) is confused to see him leaving the hospital in apparent good health.

The O.S.I.R.'s Director of Operations, Frank Elsinger (Nigel Bennett), explains to the investigating team that Rollins spent time working with the Federal Serial Killer Profiling Unit on the case of the infamous White Crow Killer (WCK). Suspecting the WCK is responsible for shooting Rollins, the FBI gets involved after two dead bodies are found bearing wounds suggesting identical modus operandi. Following a second sighting of Rollins, the O.S.I.R. investigators review a hospital security tape and confirm that a "Rollins duplicate" left the hospital while Rollins was still in intensive care.

When Case Manager Conner Doyle (Paul Miller) and his team interview Rollins, they discover he has lost all memory concerning his work on the WCK. By studying FBI files, the O.S.I.R. team learn that the WCK abducts victims and performs experiments to gather information about the afterlife. Meanwhile, the O.S.I.R.'s Dr. Anton Hendricks (Colin Fox) theorizes that Rollins had an out-of-body experience during which his corporeal self somehow duplicated.

Rollins' life-saving physician, Dr. Katherine Burr (Colette Stevenson), is kidnaped and the WCK's signature phrase, "Discover The Light", is found painted on her office wall. Surprisingly, the FBT, conclude that the handwriting does not match previous WCK crime scenes. Soon afterward, the FBI find the dead body of Dr. Stanley Forbes (Leon Pownall), a.k.a. the WCK, washed up on the banks of the river where Rollins was shot. Upon discovering Rollins' fingerprints in Dr. Burr's office, the FBI give the O.S.I.R. just 24 hours to solve the crime before they continue their own investigation, beginning with their prime
suspect - Dr. Curtis Rollins. Did this duplicate steal Rollins' memory of the WCK to continue the killer's demented research? Will the O.S.I.R. catch this new killer before Dr. Burr becomes the next victim?
