Synopsis

Wayne, code name "P," is secretly recruited by Canada's international superspy Dalton Pearce to make spy inventions for the Canadian Ministry of Intelligence. (Who knew Canada had secret agents?) En route to a special assignment, Agent Pearce has a misadventure with the Szalinski Laser Shaver (pat. pending), and Wayne must singlehandedly challenge Canada's most notorious supervillain, disgruntled ex-Mountie Pierre LeBecque. Wayne successfully retrieves the missing Canadian nuclear submarine Scotia. This, however, does not conclude Double-O Szalinski's duties. In a final showdown between good and very bad, the entire Team Szalinski is called upon to infiltrate the annual Super Villains and Their Families Gala at LeBecque's mansion and thwart his diabolical plan to blow up the moon.
